  1. How to search with Quintura Kids?

    You can find the information you need by simply clicking the words in the cloud. When you point to a word, new words will appear to make your query more specific and help you receive results more relevant to context you search.

  2. How to add a word to the query?

    Point to a word and click it to add it to your query. To add a new word that does not appear in the cloud, type it in the search box. You can also change your query by editing it directly.

  3. How can I go back to the previous query?

    There are the “Back”, “Forward” and “New search” buttons above the search box. You can use them for navigation.

  4. What are the icons on the screen for?

    For your convenience we have selected the most popular topics and made them as icons: history, music, animals, sports and recreation and games. You can get what you want with just a single click.

  5. I cannot see my website in the search results? How can I get listed?

    You should use the “Add url” form under the search results. After processing the request your website will be added to the index.

  6. What should I do if I encounter a “bad” link?

    Our search is using only websites suitable for children, and all the links are thoroughly checked. However, sometimes websites change their orientation, domains are being sold, etc. That’s why, if you happen to notice an inappropriate link, please report it to our technical support service at support@quintura.com, and upon examination we will remove it.

  7. I cannot see the cloud and the results. Sometimes error messages appear. How to solve this?

    There might be a number of reasons for that. In order to help you solve your problem we would need more details: your system data; your browser and its version; additional browser plugins that you’ve installed; your last search request (it's advisable to copy it from the search box). Please send your report with all this information to our technical support service at support@quintura.com, and we will help you as soon as possible.
